With Thymer I believe you can completely selfhost the data so it sits with you. Will need to confirm once it is released through.
Logseq is a tough one - Still no official desktop app released but you can download it from GH. Think it is progressing well but from the Discord I can see there are bugs/issues being reported. The team now seem focused on collaboration and the mobile experience. Hopefully once they get over the RTC/Mobile/E2EE, they can bring it all together and release a quality app
I am interested in Thymer, but if information in stored in the company cloud that is a deal breaker for me.
